Fred L. Varney, Herbert W. Hall, Magnus G. Ridlon, Roland B. Moore, Alfred L. Sawyer and Karl B. Sturgis gathered around a cadaver at the Medical School of Maine. Hall graduated from the Medical School in 1908, the others in 1907.
