Image View Description: General Ismail Hakki Tunaboylu, Chief of the Turkish Army General Staff, is shown with Lieutenant General Willard G. Wyman, Deputy Commanding General, Continental Army Command, as they emerged from the Chamberlain Hotel, Fort Monroe, Va. General Tunaboylu was greeted by a Fort Monroe honor guard and a 17-gun salute prior to his briefing on CONARC. In the background is Second Lt. Sahap Salepcidelu, Aid-de-Camp.
