Photograph taken duringthe visit of the Colombian Ambassador to the United States , Dr. Eduardo Zuleta-Angel. Following the ceremony, Ambassador Zuleta-Angel presented General Wyman with the Orden de Boyaca, Military Class, Gran Official, in recognition of General Wyman's outstanding leadership of the Ninth U.S. Army Corps in Korea.
